Golden Boy on the road again

The Golden Boy was moved from the Forks back to the grounds of the Manitoba Legislature Monday morning.

The statue, which has been regilded, buffed and shined, has been on display at both the Manitoba Museum and the Forks.

Crews started to move the Golden Boy back to the legislative grounds at 6 a.m. Monday morning.

Weather permitting, he will be hoisted back up to his perch atop the legislative dome on Thursday.
