Ryan Adams, Alan Doyle and the Beautiful Gypsies, Lord Huron, Milky Chance and Sam Roberts Band are among the acts performing at the 2016 Winnipeg Folk Festival.
The lineup was released Thursday and features a slate of international and local artists who will meet at Birds Hill Provincial Park, July 7-10, for the 43rd edition of the summer music festival.
The annual event, which began in 1974 to mark Winnipeg's centennial, has grown into one of the continent's premier folk music events, with tens of thousands of people attending.
