Fall Out Boy, Dean Brody to headline 103rd Grey Cup show in Winnipeg
Interactive sign #GREYCUP changes into teams' colours in response to twitter hashtags
Grammy-nominated rock group Fall Out Boy and Canadian country musician Dean Brody will perform at the 103rd Grey Cup in Winnipeg on Nov. 29.
2014 Juno Award winner Dean Brody will be part of the kickoff show for the Grey Cup game. Quebec singer-songwriter Bobby Bazini will perform the national anthem while Fall Out Boy will perform during the halftime show.

The announcement took place at The Forks in Winnipeg where the CFL also unveiled a new interactive sign that will stay at the site until the end of the Grey Cup. The sign reads #GREYCUP and will change colour in response to the Twitter hashtag #GreyCup or #CoupeGrey.
If users enter that hashtag and then the hashtag of their team the sign will change to that team's colours. The league hopes it will connect fans across the country and give fans from other cities a chance to light up the host city in their team's colours. After this year's Grey Cup the sign will move on to Toronto where the 2016 championship game will be played.
The Blue Bombers will not be making an appearance in the post season when the city hosts the Grey Cup. The BC Lions beat the Toronto Argonauts on Friday night by two points to mathematically eliminate the Bombers from the playoff picture.
"We are still moving forward with our plan and Winnipeggers will be out in full force. Everyone is picking up their tickets at the Bombers' store and there is a lot of excitement about the Grey Cup in Winnipeg," said Bombers president and CEO Wade Miller.
Miller confirmed that as of today over 32,000 tickets have been sold and that they are close to 90 per cent sold out. Bomber season ticket holders who were willing to sign a three-year commitment received a $100 discount off their Grey Cup ticket price. With a few thousand tickets left, prices range from $175 to $569.
"Most of our festival events are sold out. There's still a concert series available, but the CFL awards on the Thursday night [are] sold out. The gala dinner on the Saturday night is sold out at the Convention Centre in the new room, the City View Room, and it will be the largest dinner ever held in Winnipeg with over 2,100 people. Winnipegers enjoy the Grey Cup and this is going to be no different," said Miller.
Grey Cup week festivities run all week leading up to the final game.
