Local florists' creativity is in full bloom for Fleurs de Villes VOYAGES at The Leaf

Have you ever struggled to arrange flowers in a vase? Imagine having to make a culturally significant outfit! Fleurs de Villes VOYAGE is taking place January 11 – 21, 2024, at the Babs Asper Display House and the Mediterranean Biome of The Leaf.
The showcase features one-of-a-kind fresh floral fashions, inspired by Manitoba's diverse multi-cultural heritage, created by local floral designers and artists. Each mannequin, representing different locales such as Brazil, China, Colombia, Ethiopia, Iceland, India, Japan, Manitoba, Mexico, Morocco, Philippines, Portugal, Scotland, Tahiti, and Ukraine, adds a rich and diverse flavor to the exhibition. The fusion of floral art with cultural inspiration creates a visually stunning and culturally significant experience for attendees.
Not only is this an opportunity to appreciate the beauty of floral design but also a chance to learn about and celebrate the cultural diversity that Manitoba and these international destinations offer.
