CAA Manitoba unveils new real-time service tracker
The online tool is only available in Brandon and Winnipeg
CAA Manitoba members in Brandon and Winnipeg can now get live updates when they request roadside assistance.
The Canadian Automobile Association revealed their new service tracker upgrade on Tuesday.
The free service shows the status of a member's request the moment it is received until help has arrived, said a CAA news release. The tool also gives members the option of cancelling a request.
"We're thrilled to offer our members an improved level of access and service," said Mike Mager, president and CEO of CAA Manitoba in the news release.
According to CAA Manitoba, the service tracker was developed based on member feedback.
The service tracker will be rolled out province-wide in the years ahead, said CAA.
According to CAA, 200,000 drivers in Manitoba are members of the association.
