Thousands attend Oktoberfest's Thanksgiving Day parade despite fog
Fog and drizzle were no match for the K-W Oktoberfest Thanksgiving Day parade in Kitchener and Waterloo on Monday. Thousands lined the route to check out the floats, marching bands and even a pirate float.

The fog and drizzle didn't keep people away from the Kitchener-Waterloo Oktoberfest Thanksgiving Day parade Monday.
Thousands lined the route for the annual event that celebrated the Bavarian festival's 50th anniversary.
The parade moved from Kitchener to Waterloo and there were floats, marching bands, clowns and dancers.
