Man arrested in shooting that injured two in Waterloo

A 32-year-old London man has been arrested in a shooting in Waterloo in September that injured two men.

A 32-year-old London man is facing a number of charges after a shooting last fall in Waterloo injured two men.

On Sept. 28, 2018, at about 2 a.m., police were called to the area of King Street near Dupont Street in Waterloo. Two men had non-life threatening injuries and were taken to hospital for treatment.

On Thursday, police arrested a London man. He will appear in a Kitchener courtroom on Friday.

The man faces charges including pointing a firearm, unlawful possession of a firearm and two counts of assault causing bodily harm.
