Key moments in McClintic's police interrogation video
WARNING: Content contains disturbing details
A video of Terri-Lynne McClintic telling police that Michael Thomas Rafferty killed Victoria (Tori) Stafford was shown in a London, Ont., courtroom this week.
McClintic, 21, has been convicted of first-degree murder in the death of the eight-year-old and is serving a life sentence. She is testifying at Rafferty's trial.
Rafferty, 31, has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder, sexual assault causing bodily harm and abduction.
Jurors have been shown portions of a videotaped statement McClintic gave to police on May 24, 2009, just weeks after Tori vanished.
In the video, McClintic tells OPP Det.-Sgt. Jim Smyth that it was Rafferty who killed Tori, not herself — the opposite of her court testimony.
The following footage contains excerpts of key moments in McClintic’s interrogation. CBC News edited material containing graphic content.
