Alison Parker, and cameraman Adam Ward were shot during an interview on live TV. The shooter was former TV station employee Vester Flanagan. He later shot and killed himself. Cases of extreme violence at work are rare. But they do happen.

Here in Kamloops, in October of 2002, Dick Anderson brought a gun to his government office on McGill Road. He had been fired from his job at the Ministry of water, land and air protection. He shot and killed two co-workers before shooting himself.

Dean Jeske  was there that day. We called him for reaction after the shooting in Virginia.
