A Toronto man was caught driving more than 50 km over the speed limit on the Red Hill Valley Parkway, police say, with his two young kids in the car.
A Toronto man was caught driving more than 50 km over the speed limit on the Red Hill Valley Parkway, police say, with his two young kids in the car, one placed in a car seat.
It happened late Sunday night about 11 p.m., police say, with the driver travelling north at Greenhill Avenue. Police say he was driving a 2003 silver Honda CRV at 146 km/hr in a 90 km/hr zone.
Police say the man's driver's license was also suspended due to unpaid fines.
The 26-year-old man was charged with driving while under suspension, stunt driving and speeding. His car was towed and will be impounded for seven days.
He is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday May 22, 2018.
