PM Trudeau to return to Hamilton Wednesday
Stop at McMaster University part of six-city town hall tour
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is planning a Hamilton stop on a six-city town hall tour this month.
Trudeau is expected to hold a town hall at McMaster University on Wednesday at 1 p.m.
"The Prime Minister wants to hear from you about issues that matter as we begin the New Year," according to an event listing about the town hall on Hamilton West-Ancaster-Dundas MP Filomena Tassi's website.
The prime minister will hold a town hall in Nova Scotia on Tuesday, and is also expected in London, Ont., Quebec City, Winnipeg and Edmonton this month.
Trudeau had a campaign-style day in Hamilton and Ontario's Niagara region last August. And at another Hamilton stop in October 2016, he was met with a pumpkin-seed-throwing protestor.
