Hamilton police have charged a 19-year-old man with human trafficking after police say he used drugs to lure a young woman into the sex trade.

Police say they've had an arrest warrant since December, and arrested the man on Jan. 25. There may be more victims, police say, and investigators want to hear from them.

The Hamilton man is charged with human trafficking, robbery, procuring and advertising sexual services, benefiting materially from human trafficking, two counts of failing to comply with a youth sentence and two counts of pointing a firearm.

His bail is being opposed.

Victims should contact Det. Const. Kudo Park at 905-540-6379.
