People of Pan Am: 'Last time, I came to see the waterfalls'

We captured some of the personalities of the Pan Am Games, from volunteers to soccer fans to people parking cars on their lawns.

The Pan Am Games started this weekend and run until July 27. Hamilton's Tim Hortons Field is hosting the soccer games.

But the soccer players aren't the only ones involved.

There are hundreds of volunteers. There are shuttle bus drivers bringing people to the stadium from the GO station, or Mohawk College, or McMaster University. There are residents who park cars on their lawns around the stadium. And there are fans, many of them immigrants who come to cheer on their countries of origin.

Throughout the games, CBC Hamilton will capture snippets of some of those stories.
