No more Pan Am Games tickets for sale until mid-April

Remaining Pan Am Games tickets for July will not be fore sale until mid-April.

Pan Am Games tickets released so far for the men's soccer final at CIBC Hamilton Pan Am Soccer Stadium, or Tim Hortons Field, in Hamilton are sold out. So is the Cirque du Soleil-produced opening ceremony at the Pan Am Ceremonies Venue, or Rogers Centre, in Toronto, organizers said Monday.

Sales of remaining Pan Am Games tickets will be temporarily suspended until mid-April. That will allow organizers to allocate seats for purchased tickets. In the meantime, organizers will release Parapan Am Games tickets on March 23. 

Other events that have sold out available tickets for both preliminary and medal rounds:

  • cycling BMX in Etobicoke
  • whitewater canoe/kayak slalom in Minden
  • track cycling in Milton​
  • equestrian jumping in Caledon
  • water skiing and wakeboard in Toronto

Organizers said about 300,000 tickets have been sold.
