As Ontario appears to be closing in on yet another province-wide lockdown, we'll talk, on Thursday at noon, with Keanin Loomis, CEO of the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce, and small business owners Julie Cole of Hamilton's Mabel's Labels and Andrei Kovalevskii, owner of the Windsor Massage and Steam Sauna.
