CHCH reporter turns over memory card after 4 men confront her near FirstOntario Centre
The incident took place Saturday morning at the homeless encampment at FirstOntario Centre
Hamilton police are looking for two men who they say confronted a CHCH news reporter and took her memory card for her camera.
On Saturday morning at 10:45 a.m., the journalist was near York Boulevard and Park Street North working on a report about the city's homeless encampment at the FirstOntario Centre.
Police say four men approached her with aggression and demanded she hand over her SD card from her work camera.
She ended up giving them the memory card.
Two of the suspects are described as white men between 25 and 30-years-old. One man was 5'6" tall with a small build and bald head. The other man had a beard.
The police are asking the public for assistance in identifying these suspects.
