Join us as we celebrate the Year of the Rabbit with Edmonton's biggest Lunar New Year festival celebrations brought to you by Edmonton Chinatown Multicultural Centre. The entire weekend will be jam packed with local entertainment— from Chinese dragon dancing to a Korean drumming and taekwondo performance— there will be something for everyone!

The highly anticipated grand opening ceremony will begin at 1 p.m..

Visit CBC Edmonton's booth for treats and your chance to win a pair of JUNO Awards 2023 tickets!

The event is open to the public and admission is $2 per person (cash only). Entry will be FREE for children under 10 and seniors above 65 years old.

Time: Saturday, January 7 (10 a.m. - 9 p.m.) and Sunday, January 8 (11 a.m. - 6 p.m.).

Place: West Edmonton Mall's Ice Palace (8882 170 St NW)

Fee: $2 per person (cash only). FREE entry for children under 10 and seniors above 65 years old.
