A special Canadian Forces mission is set to help beleaguered health-care workers treating the Ebola outbreak in Sierra Leone

Forty Canadian Forces medical personnel from Petawawa, Ont., are in the U.K. training for a six-month Ebola mission to Sierra Leone.

The CBC's Jeff Semple took a tour of the York training facility, which simulates conditions the Canadian Forces team will face in West Africa.

"The key part of this training, of course, is getting used to the protective equipment that they'll be wearing in the clinic in Sierra Leone," said Semple.
