CBC's B.C. journalists scooped up several awards on Saturday for national and regional work including a coveted national award in the Open Broadcast News division.

The work of journalists across the country was honoured at the Canadian Association of Journalists (CAJ) annual national conference, which was held this year in Halifax.

Congratulations to the Go Public team of Kathy Tomlinson, Enza Uda and Robb Douglas on their national award for Foreign Workers — McJobs on CBC's The National.

And kudos to the rest of the B.C. team whose hard-hitting journalism across a variety of platforms has been recognized both nationally and regionally.
