Young Calgary — add your voice to help shape this CBC Calgary listening campaign
Seeing yourself, knowing you belong — that's just as important for young people
Are you young? Maybe you're still in high school, taking time for yourself, or looking ahead to a career.… What's that like for you right now?
We want to hear your stories, to know what you think.
Talk with us by joining our text messaging community. These messages go straight to our Young Calgary reporter, Jo Horwood. Tell her about the stories you'd like to see on CBC, or the heroes in your life or just something you learned recently.
We'll keep you in the loop as this effort evolves.
Your comments in these text messages are confidential. Unsubscribe any time by texting STOP. Questions? Read this FAQ.
Why?
The point of all this is to include more youth perspectives. We want you to be able to see yourselves in our coverage, which helps your friends know they're also an important part of Calgary.
Seeing yourself, knowing you belong — that's just as important for young people as it is for the rest of the community.
