The owner of Twisted Element, Rayjean Fafard, said this isn't the first time his club has been vandalized since opening 11 years ago. But this time a middle-age man has been targeting the club twice a day for the last two weeks, he said.

"Why does it have to escalate to this point? What did I do to you to make you so angry to do this to me and my establishment?"

Calgary police say they've have identified a person of interest, but no charges have been laid. Investigators are trying to determine whether this is a hate crime and investigators are questioning the mental state of the man.
