Jury selection begins Friday for former psychiatrist Aubrey Levin, 73, who is accused of molesting male patients.
The lawyer for Levin argued his client was too ill to face trial next week, suffering from congenital heart failure, diabetes and kidney problems.
But his lawyer’s request to delay the proceedings was not granted and the trial is set to begin Monday.
Levin faces 10 sex-related charges in connection to contact he had with patients as a court appointed psychiatrist.
