They were caught on camera at southeast convenience store using victim's credit card
Calgary police are hoping to talk with the man and woman pictured in this security camera footage, related to a string of early morning residential burglaries in southeast communities.
Police believe two people broke into a home in the 100 block of Copperfield Gardens S.E. last Tuesday, between 3 a.m. and 4:30 a.m., through a window on the main floor while the residents were sleeping.
A credit card from that home was used at a convenience store about 10 kilometres away in the 11400 block of 24th Street S.E., where the surveillance images were recorded.
Three days later, on Friday, between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m., four homes on Cranberry Place S.E. were also hit. Police say there were also two more attempts but they were unsuccessful.
The man is believed to be about 40 years old, the woman about 20 with tattoos on her right arm and chest.
