Thousands of people — including family, friends, members of the Sikh community, federal and provincial cabinet ministers, MLAs and mayors — packed Calgary's Jubilee Auditorium to the brim and spilled over into an overflow building for the memorial for Tory MLA Manmeet Bhullar.
