Police search acreage east of Airdrie for stolen goods
Calgary police and the RCMP are searching for stolen property on an acreage east of Airdrie.
Items believed to have been taken from Calgary area
Calgary police, RCMP and search and rescue crews scoured a property east of Airdrie for stolen property.
Police were called in at about 5 a.m. Tuesday and started looking through the acreage at Township Road 270 and Range Road 291.

Police say they have found firearms, drugs and a number of stolen vehicles so far.
They say they are searching through cars, trailers, outbuildings, quonsets and a mobile home.
Police believe the stolen goods came from thefts in Calgary and were taken to the property to be sold from there.
Three people are in custody and are being questioned, but no charges have been laid.
Police say they will try to return the stolen items to their owners, if possible.
