The City of Calgary has unveiled its latest addition to its extensive portfolio of public art with The Fold, a large scale self-weathering steel structure.
Visitors will be able to sit on, walk through, lean on and stretch against the piece.
Inspiration for the concept was considered with input from families who are planning on using the facility, and developed by Canadian artist Adad Hannah.
It's currently being installed near the Quarry Park recreation centre in the southeast.
It will open to the public on July 1.
