This five-day music festival is back June 19-23 with a line-up of 150+ bands, comedy, film, art, special events and more. (Sled Island)

Sled Island Music & Arts Festival returns to Calgary from June 19-23, 2024. This dynamic festival features over 150 bands, comedy acts, films, art exhibits, special events, and conference panels across diverse venues in the city.

Highlights include a performance by JUNO-nominated comedian Courtney Gilmour, the Alberta premiere of the documentary "Swamp Dogg Gets His Pool Painted," and family-friendly activities at Sled Alley.

How to Enter:

  1. Answer the Question:

    • Question: What special event at Sled Island 2024 are you most excited about and why?
    • Your answer should be 100 words or less.

  2. Email Your Answer:

    • Send your answer to commscgy@cbc.ca with the subject line "Sled Island Contest."
    • Include your full name and contact information in the email.
