A limited-edition Darth Vader helmet signed by the original Star Wars cast is among the more than $50,000 worth of stolen items Calgary police hope to track down with help from the public.

A limited-edition Darth Vader helmet signed by the original Star Wars cast is among the more than $50,000 worth of stolen items Calgary police hope to track down with help from the public. 

In the early morning hours of March 25th, two men broke into virtual reality business Zero Latency On Tilt in Calgary's southeast and stole movie, television and sports memorabilia.

To date, police have been unable to identify the suspects or track down the stolen items.

Along with the helmet, which police describe as "arguably the highest-valued item," the thieves stole a signed Star Trek jersey, a signed Calgary Flames jersey and various other collectibles.

The suspects fled in what is believed to be a blue 2004 to 2007 Chevrolet Aveo. 

One man was wearing a black hooded sweater with white stripes along the arms, a black toque, a grey balaclava, black gloves and black sweatpants with red lettering.

The second suspect wore a black and grey baseball hat with the words "On Tilt," a black balaclava, a black hooded zipper sweater with grey sleeves and grey hood.
