Public health officials at two measles vaccination clinics in Calgary administered 1,708 doses on Wednesday.
Dr. Judy MacDonald, Calgary's medical officer of health, said she is pleased residents are taking the measles outbreak seriously.
She is encouraging all residents to get immunized if they are not up to date.
