Calgarians look back on Concordia disaster

Calgary couple Andrea and Laurence Davis were on board the ship that day.
They recall hearing screams, breaking glass and utter chaos.
"We made our way out through the crowds, there was no direction, the staff didn't know what was going on ... they were ill-informed," Andrea said. "Everybody was just rushing and dashing to nobody knew where."
