Mark Jaccard and Blake Shaffer

Mark Jaccard is a professor at Simon Fraser University and Blake Shaffer is a professor at the University of Calgary. Jaccard served as chair of the B.C. Utilities Commission from 1992 to 1997. Shaffer worked at Powerex, the trading arm of BC Hydro from 1999 to 2006. Both recently served as experts on the B.C. government’s comprehensive review of BC Hydro.
