CBC Calgary has special coverage planned for Thursday and Friday as we mark 100 days since the June flood.

News stories include exclusive results of soil and water testing in High River, Alta., how flood relief money is being spent and what Canmore, Alta., is doing to guard against another flood.

We will also have features on CBC Radio One, CBC TV and an interactive online website.

CBC News Calgary at 5, 5:30 and 6 will be live on location in High River with co-host Rosa Marchitelli. Carla Benyon will be live in the Calgary community of Bowness and Rob Brown will anchor from the studio.

Friday on CBC Radio One, the Calgary Eyeopener will have a series of audio vignettes featuring people who played pivotal roles. We'll hear first-person reflections from Calgary Mayor Naheed Nenshi, fire Chief Bruce Burrell and High River highway sheriff Ryan Suffesick.

Alberta@Noon, with host Holly Preston, will also be in High River on Friday. They'll broadcast live from Evelyn's Memory Lane Cafe.

On The Homestretch from 3 to 6 p.m., host Doug Dirks will check back in with some of the people he interviewed in the hours after the floodwaters hit.

Online at cbc.ca/calgary there will be an interactive map and timeline, full coverage of ongoing issues, photo galleries and footage of key figures as they describe the first 48 hours of the flood.

CBC's Ian Hanomansing will also broadcast part of The National from High River.
