A fourth man accused in the 2009 New Year's Day triple murder at the Bolsa Restaurant in Calgary's southeast pleaded guilty Friday to kidnapping and accessory after the fact.

Sanjeev Mann, Aaron Bendle and innocent bystander Keni Su'a were gunned down in what has been called a rival gang plot.

Bendle, an associate of Mann who was a known gang member, had been kidnapped the night before the shooting and used as bait to lure his friend inside the restaurant.

Nicholas Hovanesian pleaded guilty to kidnapping Bendle and accessory after the fact to murder.

He was the fourth person charged with three counts of first-degree murder. Hovanesian will be sentenced June 29.

Nathan Zuccherato, Michael Roberto and Real Honorio have all been found guilty of murder in their trials, and were identified as the three gunmen.

The exchange was part of an escalating, violent feud between two rival gangs — Fresh Off the Boat and FOB Killers.
