VIDEO: Chinatown gets taller buildings, DTES on hold

Vancouver city council set out Thursday to deal with the controversial issue of allowing taller buildings in the Downtown Eastside. But the plan is changing in the face of strong opposition, as  the CBC's Kirk Williams reports.
