Surrey promises action after rash of pedestrian accidents

The City of Surrey says it is taking action after a string of deadly crashes and a hit and run this fall.

As Dan Burritt reports, several recent collisions have neighbours calling for speed bumps and traffic lights and city staff say they are listening.
