Snowfall warning lifted for Lower Mainland
Snow started falling Wednesday afternoon but tapered off later that evening.

Environment Canada has lifted a snowfall warning for parts of the Lower Mainland after about five centimetres of snow fell on eastern Metro Vancouver and the western and central Fraser Valley late Wednesday.
The snow started falling in the afternoon and tapered off later in the evening.
The warning covered Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, Surrey and Langley in Metro Vancouver as well as Chilliwack and Abbotsford in the Fraser Valley.
