Mobile app Snapchat brought its 'live story' feature to Vancouver on Monday.

The app has become famous for its blink-and-you'll-miss-it messaging service among a closed social network and averages roughly six million video views daily.

But for today [Monday] the city is live, which means users from all over the world are able to see what other users living  in Vancouver are sharing on Snapchat.

Snapchat curates the live story, which includes snaps of Vancouver's iconic features, such as the Stanley Park seawall and totem polls, UBC, SkyTrain and the Gastown steam clock.

CBC Vancouver also shared some snaps of its newsroom at work.

There is still time to contribute: turn your geofilter on, take a snap with the app and share it to the 'Our Vancouver' live story.
