Several Vancouver streets flooded Thursday night
Social media users post photos and videos of massive puddles across the city
Several streets in Metro Vancouver turned into waterways Thursday night as heavy rain created some treacherous driving conditions.
There were reports of flooding at Clark Drive and Charles Street, Powell Street and Wall Street, and Glen Avenue and Broadway.
Some drivers didn't realize how big the puddles were until it almost flooded their engines.

The City of Vancouver's 3-1-1 contact centre received 121 calls yesterday after heavy rain clogged catch basins, said city spokesperson Jag Sandhu.
"Crews cleared catch basins in problem areas to allow the water to drain and where required used a Hydrovac."
