School playgrounds - who pays and how expensive are they?
Citizen Shane finds out just how expensive playground equipment can be
Playground equipment is more expensive than you might think—and you may be surprised to learn that it doesn't get funded by schools and school districts.
Citizen Shane checks out the playground set at Queen Victoria Elementary school in Vancouver, which was built 12 years ago and is slated to come down in 2016.

How much will it cost to replace it? "Crazy numbers."
Watch the video to find out how much that is.
