Gregory Owen Schleen walked away from the Colony Farm Forensic Hospital Wednesday. He suffers from paranoid schizophrenia and was sent to the facility after being found not criminally responsible for stabbing a friend in the abdomen with a kitchen knife.
David Fomradas was out on a day pass Sunday when he failed to return. He is bi-polar and was found not criminally responsible for the high-profile carjacking outside the CBC building in Vancouver.
