Marijuana vending cart operator arrested in Victoria
'No, we're not kidding,' police tweeted after the incident
Victoria Police have arrested a man after discovering he was operating a marijuana vending cart.
Officers were on patrol in the city just before midnight Nov. 3, when they saw the 22-year-old man operating the cart.
Police said they spoke with the man and quickly found out that he was selling marijuana.
"No, we're not kidding," police tweeted.
They discovered over 150 grams in the cart.
The man was arrested and released on a promise to appear in provincial court in December. Police are recommending drug possession charges against him.
