IHIT called to stabbing in Langley

The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team is investigating a stabbing in Langley, B.C. on Monday night. 

Police were called to the Baselines Pub and Langley Hotel in the 20300 block of Fraser Highway just after 7 p.m. PT. 

Two men, believed to be in their 20s, were fighting outside the pub, according to witnesses. Once police arrived on the scene, they chased one of the suspects and arrested him.

The other man was treated by paramedics, but died from his injuries.

Police say the attack was not random.
