Homes flooded, entire streets underwater after extreme rain in southern B.C.

Incessant rain led to widespread flooding across southern B.C. on Sunday and Monday, with the cities of Abbotsford and Merritt particularly hard hit. Many residents were forced from their homes, and nearly every major highway across the region was shut down.
