Highway 99 in Richmond blocked by semi-truck rollover

A rolled-over semi-truck on Highway 99 in Richmond completely blocked northbound traffic on Monday night.

The accident occurred underneath the Cambie Road overpass.

DriveBC said the road was expected to reopen between midnight and 3 a.m. PT. 

Until then, drivers are able to get around the accident using the Shell Road on-ramp, said DriveBC.
