Highway 1 near Savona, 30 kilometres west of Kamloops, is down to single-lane alternating traffic after a vehicle incident, according to DriveBC.
Drivers are being told to expect delays in both directions.
Photos tweeted by one individual nearby the incident say that a sport utility vehicle and truck were impacted.
