'@Adele ... starstruck by our guy Larry & became an instant fan'

B.C.'s only cat cafe is purring about a visit from popstar Adele ahead of her two sold-out shows in Vancouver tonight and tomorrow.

The English singer/songwriter who floored the world with her voice came to say 'Hello' and ended up in love with a grey tabby named Larry, suggested a tweet from the Catfe.

So far there has been no confirmation of the visit on the superstar's own twitter account.

Adele's two Vancouver shows sold out in 20 minutes, and scalpers are asking up to $3,500 for top seats to see the artist whose album called 25 broke 15-year sales records.

Still, Larry the cat was unfazed by the attention or the superstar's upcoming shows. He got his fill of the kitten-faced singer and was last seen cuddling with another cat-faced darling named Darla.

The Catfe is located in downtown Vancouver on West Pender Street.
