If you're not schooled in the intricacies of street names in Burnaby, B.C., then be careful trying to find an address along one stretch of road linking Kingsway to Canada Way.

Alvin Kim, who runs the Deer Lake Market and works as a realtor, says he gets confused travellers coming in every day asking for his help deciphering directions. But he doesn't blame them.

"Not only is it very confusing... Google, they also got screwed up in this area," he said.

He also jokes it took him 10 years to figure out the quirks of the four streets for himself.
