Birds can pose a real problem for planes at the Vancouver International Airport, so it's vital that everything is done to drive them away.
That includes using a couple four-legged friends.
Traveller, one of the hard-working border collies used by the airport, is retiring after 11 years. The pooch will be replaced by Flight, who will likely join the wildlife management team at YVR if she passes her tests by this fall.
