Starting in 2004, Vancouver began evicting boaters that were mooring too long in False Creek. Now, it seems, the problem has moved around the corner.

Burrard Inlet waters fall under the jurisdiction of the federal government, but the port authority says it won't remove boats unless they are blocking the channel or polluting. And it hasn't received complaints of either situation yet, the CBC's Theresa Lalonde reports.
