For the second day in a row, a large black bear is continuing to make itself at home in several yards in one neighbourhood of a Metro Vancouver suburb.
Conservation officers are aware of the bear, which is making itself at home off Prairie Avenue in Port Coquitlam.
They even tried to rouse it and scare it back toward a ravine that it likely lumbered out of, but to no avail.
The black bear continued walking around, taking extensive naps at the sides of various houses, and generally acting unconcerned.
